3. What data formats are accepted?
Please note that you should only send documents in PDF format and images only in PNG or JPG formats, as only these are accepted. You can also attach high-resolution photos, for example those taken with a smartphone. Each file size can be up to maximum 3 MB. If other data is transferred, an error message will appear automatically. In this case, click on “Back” and upload the documents again in the correct format.
